You will be expected to leverage data-driven insights to drive optimization and growth while taking ownership of cross-sell product integration across platforms. The ideal candidate for this role will have 3-6 years of experience in fintech, insurance, financial services, or startups focusing on business strategy or product management. Prior experience in cross-sell initiatives or digital product distribution is preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, such as IRDAI regulations, is considered a plus.
