To implement the strategy of having right mix of Financial Institutions, co-ordinate with Financiers to have customised retail finance solutions, analyse the fund requirement and make available the requisite funds, to increase TMI penetration in order to enable incremental volume growth, customer satisfaction and retention within overall policy framework of TML.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education MBA (Finance)
• Relevant Experience : 7 - 10 years in Automobiles or Banks

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of insurance, Auto Finance, Channel Finance & Accounting
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data to support decision-making and drive process improvements
• Ability to drive innovation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve strategic goals
