Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Manager - Business Analyst at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and testing developed solutions against requirements, understanding business requirements, and supporting data exploration, classification, and feature engineering. You will also be tasked with communicating changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure issues and solutions are clearly understood. Your role will involve creating process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and the project team. It is essential to develop and utilize standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirement specifications. Additionally, your experience in working on projects related to ServiceNow and Power BI development will be valuable. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision - Review and test developed solutions against requirements - Understand business requirements and support data exploration, classification, and feature engineering - Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements to stakeholders - Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers - Develop and utilize standard templates for writing requirement specifications - Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle - Enforce and redefine requirements as necessary - Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements for stakeholder buy-in - Assist in interpreting customer requirements into feasible options and communicating them back to business stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with business users - Capacity to understand customers" needs and elicit business requirements based on business imperatives - Experience working with MS Office, MS Visio, Office365, or similar collaboration tools - Proficiency in project management using Agile/waterfall methodologies Note: The job description does not include any additional details about the company.,
