Sr. Manager - Billing & Contracts

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing billing operations and managing contract agreements within the real estate residential sector. Your extensive experience in civil engineering and proficiency in project management will be crucial for the successful execution of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the entire billing process for residential construction projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contract terms. - Develop and negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring they align with company standards and legislative requirements. - Budget preparation and implement financial control measures to monitor project costs and ensure spending aligns with project budgets and forecasts. - Resolve billing and contract disputes, working closely with project managers, clients, and legal teams to facilitate satisfactory outcomes. - Identify potential risks in contract terms, billing practices, or project progression and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. - Proficiency in software such as Auto-CAD, MS-Office, ERP, etc. Qualification Required: - 10-15 years of experience in billing and contract management within the real estate or construction industry. - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, splitting time between the office and project sites as necessary.
