We are seeking a mature, dependable, and experienced professional for the role of Sr. Manager / AGM (Operations) in our Family Office. This is a responsibility-driven and trust-based position, requiring someone who can handle financial transactions, operations, and related tasks with a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and ownership.

The role is best suited for a professional with significant work experience who is now looking for a stable, long-term assignment, or for a mid-career professional / homemaker seeking to restart their career with a respected organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execution and handling of day-to-day financial and operational transactions
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality of financial data
  • Coordinating and following up on payments, investments, and compliance-related tasks
  • Preparing and maintaining reports, statements, and documentation
  • Liaising with banks, service providers, and other stakeholders as necessary
  • Monitoring timelines and ensuring timely execution of responsibilities around property management, Events, Philanthropic endeavours and investments.
  • Independently handling tasks with a strong sense of accountability and trustworthiness
  • Supporting senior management in operational oversight and decision-making

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education

    : Graduate / Post Graduate (any discipline)
  • Experience

    : 15+ years of experience in responsible professional roles like estate management , investment management, event organising etc
  • Location

    : Must be based in Noida (non-negotiable)
  • Mature, dependable, stable, and highly reliable personality
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage sensitive information responsibly
  • Comfortable with financial operations, record-keeping, and documentation
  • Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and demonstrate a problem-solving mindset
  • Candidates seeking stability and long-term commitment will be given preference
  • Open to both corporate professionals and homemakers looking to restart their career
