Job Description

As a Lenovo Service Desk Engineer, your primary responsibility is to provide technical support and assistance to customers 24x7. Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, guiding users through problem-solving processes, and ensuring all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: - Providing 24x7 technical support via phone, email, and live chat. - Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues promptly. - Documenting all customer interactions and technical procedures in the ticketing system. - Collaborating with other support team members to escalate and resolve complex issues. - Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support. To excel in this role, you should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric attitude. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory, as continuous learning and development opportunities will be provided as needed. Skill Requirements: - Solid understanding of hardware and software support. - Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to various devices and software applications. - Networking skills for managing and troubleshooting network issues. - Familiarity with ITIL practices for IT service management. - Proficiency in service request and incident management. - Access management to ensure appropriate system and data access for users. - Problem management skills for identifying root causes and implementing permanent solutions. Education and Experience: - Full-time graduation with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
