Job Description

As an experienced mainframe professional with over 8 years of expertise, your role will involve utilizing your skills in Cobol programming and testing to analyze business requirements effectively. You will be an integral part of an Agile development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software within specified timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop scalable systems using Cobol/JCL to facilitate continual improvements for product teams - Implement software solutions, conduct design and development tasks, and provide technical troubleshooting support - Drive enhancements to coding practices and system architecture to optimize performance - Gather, analyze, synthesize, and visualize data from diverse sources to enhance software applications and systems Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in COBOL programming language - Familiarity with JCL, CICS, and DB2 - Strong understanding of Continuous Testing, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery practices In addition to your technical responsibilities, you are expected to have additional knowledge in CICS, JCL, and DB to enhance your contributions to the project.,
