Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sr. Learning Consultant at LSEG's Operations Academy Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting LSEG Operations employees throughout their career lifecycle. Your mission will be to onboard new employees, build technical skills, embed ways of working, and develop operations leaders through targeted, relevant, impactful, and timely learning solutions. You will report to the Learning Manager of the Technical Skills Development Team and work in partnership with Program Managers to ensure the effectiveness of learning programs. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct training facilitation by delivering training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to diverse groups of employees. - Lead in conducting Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) to identify targeted learning requirements such as changes in workflows, processes, tools, or product updates. - Own and lead the plan, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of global learning programs that align with business goals and employee needs. - Manage global multi-functional projects of varying scopes and complexity related to learning and development. - Evaluate the efficacy of learning offerings through feedback, surveys, knowledge checks, and key performance metrics. - Build positive business relationships with clients and engage with customers from various levels of seniority to support and deliver learning requirements efficiently. - Ensure alignment with group learning success measures, internal processes, and audits. - Drive innovation initiatives by staying up-to-date with industry trends and providing recommendations for process improvements. - Mentor and coach colleagues to support and steer the team in various projects and assignments. - Coordinate all administrative duties related to learning, including scheduling, logistics, reporting, and maintenance of learning pathways and courses. - Continuously develop your knowledge, skills, and capabilities to align with industry standards and meet business demand. Qualifications Required: - Subject matter expertise in LSEG Desktop, Enterprise Tech workflows, and Product support, processes and tools within Operations. - Basic to intermediate level skills in Training Delivery or Facilitation, Instructional design, and project management. - Up-to-date understanding of the latest industry trends in Learning & Development. - Excellent communication, customer management, self-leadership, problem-solving, and coaching skills. - Dedication to continuous learning and self-development.
