Role Summary

We are looking for a Project Lead with strong technical expertise in .NET and cloud
platforms (Azure or AWS) who is ready to step into an architecture-focused leadershiprole. Youll be responsible for designing solutions, leading small to mid-sized teams, andensuring high-quality project execution for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead software development projects using .NET (Core/Framework), Azure/AWS,
and REST APIs.• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cloud-native architectures.• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technicalsolutions.• Guide and mentor team members; conduct code reviews and ensuredevelopment best practices.• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment plans.• Assist in sprint planning, estimation, and resource allocation.• Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and stakeholders for smooth delivery.

• 57 years of experience in full-stack software development with .NET (C#,
ASP.NET Core, Web API).• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms – Azure or AWS (any certifications are aplus).

• Experience with SQL Server or any RDBMS; basic NoSQL exposure is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in Git, CI/CD, and DevOps workflows.• Exposure to containerization (Docker) and microservices architecture.• Good understanding of RESTful services, authentication mechanisms, andintegration patterns.• Ability to lead 2–5 member development teams and deliver on time.• Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-handling skills.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using JIRA, ClickUp, or Azure DevOps for project tracking.• Exposure to frontend tech (React, Angular) is a plus.• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud deployments.
