Description
As a Senior Full Stack Developer at our organization in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for conducting analyses of system and coding needs to identify encountered problems and propose solutions, including program specifications. You will develop system specifications, code, modify, test, and debug computer programs under general supervision, adhering to established planning and deadlines. Mastering the technical and business features of the system will be crucial to effectively explain them to colleagues and interact with users. Your role will also involve translating requirements into technical specifications and software components, organizing and managing production sessions, and ensuring the design and modeling of programmatic solutions for complex problems while meeting documented functional and non-functional requirements. You will review design as part of deliverables, develop and support complex components, and guide the project team in development activities to ensure the quality of delivered code within project deadlines. Writing unit and integration tests for each required function and participating in the implementation of regression testing strategies to enhance application component stability will be among your responsibilities. Providing support and maintenance for the application and resolving complex anomalies will also be part of your role. To be successful in this position, you should possess an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience, along with 5-10 years of development experience. An ability to analyze and synthesize data, take initiative, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively in a team while being detail-oriented are essential qualities. Additionally, you should have significant experience in software design and development involving n-tier web applications, Java, Java-based frameworks, JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks, server-side apps using Java 11+, Spring Boot, creating web services or APIs using REST, front-end development with Angular 8+, Typescript, HTML 5, CSS 3, and knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture and microservices. Experience with UX design principles, PL/SQL, NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Elasticsearch, source control using GitHub, coding using IntelliJ, WebStorm (or Visual Studio Code), Angular Material UI component library, build automation using Maven (and/or Gradle), testing using JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine / Jest, Postman / SoapUI, code quality tools, software packaging using Docker containers, deploying into OpenShift/Kubernetes, and collaborating in an Agile Scrum/Kanban environment will be advantageous.
