Sr. Java Developer

As a Senior Java Developer at our company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance and scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and integrating RESTful APIs for seamless system interaction. Additionally, you will be conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, performance, and best practices. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in requirement analysis, and contributing to optimizing application performance are integral parts of your role. Furthermore, mentoring junior developers and sharing knowledge within the team will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. - Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless system interaction. - Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, performance, and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions. - Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, and architecture discussions. - Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 4+ years of professional experience as a Java Developer. - Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. - Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs. - Hands-on experience with code review practices and ensuring high code quality. - Strong understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and clean coding practices. - Experience working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks like Hibernate/JPA. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. Good to Have: - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Knowledge of security best practices in API and microservices development.,
