Mandatory Requirements: 12 to 20 years of experience in program and portfolio management Strong background in application development with 45 years of hands-on experience Proven experience managing end-to-end projects including: Budgeting and forecasting Vendor and stakeholder management Risk identification and mitigation Change management and BAU (Business-As-Usual) projects Demonstrated success in managing large-scale programs with budgets exceeding 15 million Hands-on experience working in Agile environments PMP or PRINCE2 certified Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong academic background with no unexplained gaps in education or work experience Good to Have: MBA from a recognized institution Experience in managing projects related to Supply Chain or Finance domains Exposure to global delivery models and multicultural stakeholder environments
