Visual Design: Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to convey the proposed aesthetic, helping clients visualize the space. c. Style and Branding: Ensure that the interior design reflects the brand identity and image of the company, including logo placement, color palettes, and design elements that align with brand guidelines. 5. Technical Design and Detailing a. Architectural Drawings: Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) or BIM (Building Information Modeling) software. b. Material Specifications: Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that are durable, cost-effective, and suitable for the space's functionality. c. Lighting Design: Plan effective lighting solutions that enhance the aesthetics and functionality of the space (e.g., ambient, task, and accent lighting). d. Acoustics: Design spaces with appropriate acoustics, ensuring that sound levels are optimized, especially in offices, conference rooms, and open spaces e. HVAC :Coordinate with HVAC consultants and design in detail the HVAC layout. f. MEP: Coordinate with vendors and design in detail all the MEP services. Develop detailed drawings and layouts using Auto-CAD and SketchUp. Qualification - Degree in Interior Design or Architecture. Experience- Minimum 2-4 years in large scale commercial interiors(single project scale -10000 sqft and above), specialising in corporate and IT office designs.
