Sr. Interior Designer / Architect

About the Role

Zinoti Design is seeking for a Senior Interior Designer / Architect with a refined design

sensibility and strong technical expertise to contribute to high-end interior projects. This role

is ideal for a creative professional who can translate concepts into sophisticated, functional,

and luxury-driven spaces while collaborating seamlessly with clients and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead the design development of interior projects from concept to execution

● Create compelling space plans, design concepts, and visual presentations

● Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and documentation

● Coordinate with clients,contractors, and site teams

Ensure design intent, quality, timelines, and budgets are maintained

● Review materials, finishes, shop drawings, and site progress

● Contribute creatively to the studio’s design language and standards

Requirements

● Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design

● 5+ years of professional experience in interior design and/or architecture

● Strong design portfolio showcasing executed projects

● Proficiency in SketchUp, 3D Enscape, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other equivalent

design software

● Solid understanding of materials, finishes, construction detailing, and spatial planning
