Sr Insurance Specialist - Bancassurance Sales, WM

Role Overview: As a Life Insurance Sales Manager at Standard Chartered in Mumbai, your primary role is to manage the sale of Life Insurance products to the clientele of the Bank across channels and cities in the region. Your responsibilities include generating new business, maintaining product knowledge, creating an effective Sales Tracker, improving sales quality, providing timely MIS, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new business to achieve defined sales and revenue targets. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and conduct comparisons with similar products in other companies. - Create and manage an effective Sales Tracker to measure and manage activity levels. - Continuously improve the quality of sales and key sales ratios by attending relevant trainings. - Provide timely MIS related to various aspects of the business and liaise with Insurance Company representatives. - Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all statutory requirements and necessary documentation. Qualifications Required: - Minimum graduation degree. - Experience in sales and relationship management with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and servicing. - IRDA certification before commencing servicing or closing leads is essential.
