Job Description

As a Sales Executive at The Knowledge Academy, your role will involve consistently achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual B2C revenue targets. You will be responsible for successfully selling to diverse international audiences, exploring upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and driving new customer acquisitions while managing customer relationships. Your duties will also include managing pre-sales support, developing relationships with customers to build your pipeline, and staying updated on market trends to enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Consistently achieve and exceed B2C revenue targets - Successfully sell to a wide variety of dynamic international audiences - Explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities - Drive new customer acquisitions and manage customer relationships - Manage pre-sales support and ensure high standards of communication and product knowledge - Develop relationships with customers to build your pipeline - Stay on top of market, competitor, and industry trends - Maintain current awareness to support clients and influence sales roadmap Qualifications Required: - 6 months+ sales experience, preferably in the technology sector - Background in selling EdTech or other technology-based services - Strong understanding of the technology or education industry - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets - Functional competencies in time and data management, accuracy in record-keeping, and drive for excellence - Excellent personal and professional appearance - Fluency in English with no MTI influence - Ability and willingness to deliver in a high-pressure environment When you join The Knowledge Academy, you will become part of an established multi-award-winning company with opportunities for skill development and ongoing training.
