Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and headhunting
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and workforce planning
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and documentation
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    MBA/PGDM in HR, or equivalent Master’s degree in Human Resources
  • Experience:

    4–5 years in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or related sectors
  • Preferred Skills:

    Familiarity with HR software/ATS, excellent sourcing & negotiation skills, knowledge of latest hiring trends
