Sr. HR Executive/HR Manager

Job Title: Senior HR Executive/HR Manager Location: Noida Job Type: Full-Time (On-site) Experience Required: 3–6 Years Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Digital Marketing and IT hiring , as well as solid experience in onboarding, joining formalities, and exit processes . Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Hiring: Handle recruitment for Digital Marketing roles (SEO, SMM, Content Writers) IT hiring experience including MERN Stack Developers, Software Developers, Web Developers, BDEs & BDMs Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews HR Operations: Manage onboarding & documentation for new hires Execute joining formalities and employee induction Handle exit formalities, clearances, and exit interviews Maintain HR MIS and employee records Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling Assist with policy communication and team coordination Required Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field 3–6 years of proven experience in HR, especially recruitment and onboarding Strong understanding of hiring for digital and IT roles Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹9,285.98 - ₹54,524.20 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Work Location: In person
