JOB PROFILE:-
Documentation & arranging the induction program of the new joiners.
Preparation of appointment orders and suggesting on the salary break up of the employees.
To ensure documents, References and other verification on process.
Preparation of salary, wages and bonus settlement and Maintaining time record and leave records of employees.
Liasoning with all concern Dept. such as PF, ESIC and Pollution etc.
Processing the appraisals of the employees annually and full & final settlement, Exit interview process.
Recruitment, Selection training & Development and Screening ,Hiring and shortlisting of the candidates as per the requirements of the organization.
Knowledge of Labour law under the labour act 1976, Payment of wages act 1936, Factories act 1948 and all kinds of management policy.
H R COMPLIANCE :-
Support HR compliance activities and organised all kinds of training programme.
Audit conducted like,CTPAT,SEDEX,SMETA,BSCI,GOTS,GRS,HIGG FSLM/FEM Socal audit and technical audit.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
