Sr. Hardware QA Engineer

As a Python Test Automation Engineer at Logitech, your role involves supporting the validation and quality assurance of consumer electronics products by contributing to the development, maintenance, and improvement of test benches and automation frameworks. You will have the opportunity to grow into a specialist in test automation for embedded systems and consumer electronics. Your contributions will include: - Supporting the deployment, maintenance, and improvement of Python-based Test Frameworks. - Contributing to the development and execution of automated test scripts using Python. - Participating in manual and automated testing methodologies. - Assisting in integrating lab equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, sensors, etc.) with automation tools. - Understanding and following detailed test plans and procedures to validate products. - Performing basic debugging and troubleshooting. - Integrating AI-based solutions into test automation when relevant. - Documenting test procedures, results, and contributing to user-friendly tool documentation. - Collaborating with validation engineers to ensure test coverage and product quality. - Learning and applying best practices in test design, automation, and quality assurance. Key Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing, automation, or embedded systems validation. - Solid knowledge of Python programming basics. - Exposure to manual and automated testing methodologies. - Ability to understand and execute detailed test plans and procedures. - Basic knowledge of electronics (voltage, current, sensors, etc.). - Interest in embedded systems testing and automation tools. - Familiarity with AI technologies applied to testing. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Good verbal and written communication skills in English. - A team player with a willingness to learn and take guidance from senior engineers.
