Sr. Hardware Design Engineer

As a Sr. Hardware Design Engineer at Tekargus, located in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for working on high-speed board designs for networking, broadband, and communication products. Your role will involve all phases of development, including specification, schematic capture, layout review, mechanical design review, and hands-on board debugging and testing. You will collaborate with various functional groups such as software designers, test engineers, and marketing teams. Additionally, you will provide support for software integration testing and product support to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Work on high-speed multi-layer board design with network processors, DSP, or micro-controllers. - Utilize knowledge and experience in high-end processor-based architectures, FPGAs, and multi-board systems. - Demonstrate strong application knowledge and board debugging skills. - Proficiency in schematic entry (Orcad/Viewlogic) and PCB layout tools (PADS/Allegro). - Be a self-starter requiring minimal supervision and a good team player with excellent communication skills. - Maintain a track record of meeting tight schedule commitments. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering. - Proficiency in high-speed board design with network processors, DSP, or micro-controllers. - Experience working on high-end processor-based architectures, FPGAs, and multi-board systems. - Strong application knowledge and board debugging skills. - Good working knowledge of schematic entry (Orcad/Viewlogic) and PCB layout tools (PADS/Allegro). - Excellent communication skills and a track record of meeting tight schedule commitments.
