Sr. Hardware Design Engineer

As a Sr. Hardware Design Engineer at Tekargus, located in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in designing high-speed boards for networking, broadband, and communication products. Your responsibilities will include: - Working on high-speed board designs involving networking, broadband, and communication products. - Involvement in all phases of development such as specification, schematic capture, layout review, mechanical design review, and hands-on board debug and testing. - Interfacing with various functional groups including software designers, test engineers, and marketing, with a scope that includes support for software integration testing and product support to customers. To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and experience: - Proficiency in high-speed multi-layer board design with network processors, DSP, or micro-controllers. - Knowledge and experience working on high-end processor-based architectures, FPGAs, and multi-board systems is essential. - Strong application knowledge and board debugging skills are a must. - Good working knowledge of schematic entry (Orcad/viewlogic) and PCB layout tools (PADS/allegro). - Self-starter requiring minimal supervision and a good team player with excellent communication skills and a track record of meeting tight schedule commitments.
