Your team will cater to business needs across the entire Airbus organization, implementing agile-at-scale practices to deliver products with a user-centric approach. As a Group Manager, your primary responsibilities include managing and leading the ERP CoE Platform, overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle, forming technical teams, identifying and creating client/end-user satisfaction products/services, leading continuous release management, and ensuring a high quality of end-user experience by leveraging the latest SAP technologies. To qualify for this role, you should have a Graduate/Post Graduate degree with over 19 years of experience in the ERP domain. Expertise in leadership, product management, project management, SAP architecture, and building new teams is required. Understanding of SAP functional modules, agile principles, service management best practices, and aerospace domain knowledge are desirable qualities.
