5 to 7 years of professional experience in graphic design

Proven experience leading design projects from concept to completion

Lead design initiatives across digital and print channelsfrom brainstorming to delivery

Set and maintain a strong visual identity across projects and platforms

Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure design aligns with strategic goals

Mentor and guide junior designers with feedback, reviews, and shared best practices

Ensure brand consistency across all visuals, campaigns, and communications

Translate creative briefs into bold, innovative design ideas

Handle multiple design projects simultaneously with a sharp focus on timelines and quality

Present ideas and concepts clearly to stakeholders and internal teams

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)

Strong command of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
