Sr. Graphics Designer

As the lead of the design team, you will be responsible for overseeing all graphic design projects and ensuring high-quality visual designs for various purposes such as branding, marketing materials, social media, advertisements, and websites. Your role will involve developing creative concepts for campaigns and maintaining brand consistency across all visuals. Additionally, you will guide junior designers, review their work for quality and accuracy, and collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to create visually appealing designs. Key Responsibilities: - Design logos, brochures, posters, banners, packaging, and digital assets - Create motion graphics, UI/UX layouts, and promotional videos as required - Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques - Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines - Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all creatives - Present design ideas and concepts to management/clients - Handle revisions and provide final print-ready or digital-ready files Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in an agency-based environment - Proficiency in graphic design software and tools - Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects - Excellent communication and collaboration skills You will be based in Kannur, Kerala, working in person on a full-time, permanent basis.
