Sr. Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

Design & Branding

• Create attractive and practical product packaging designs for soaps and personal care products.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all platforms and materials.
• Design labels, cartons, and promotional items.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Design and manage social media creatives (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Plan and schedule content with marketing team inputs.
• Create basic reels and product highlight graphics.

Website & E-commerce

• Design/update content for our company website and online stores.
• Work on product photos, banners, and layout enhancements.
• Assist in setting up and managing basic e-commerce sales, pricing, and product listings.

Sales Support

• Respond to basic online customer inquiries (via WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, etc.).
• Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure accurate product representation.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva (or similar tools)
• Understanding of packaging design, print file setup, and labeling standards
• Familiarity with social media content creation
• Basic knowledge of website content tools (WordPress/shop builders)
• Communication skills for basic customer interaction and team collaboration
• UI/UX

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG or cosmetics
