Sr. Graphic Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, a sharp eye for detail, and hands-on experience in advertising, branding, and digital content creation. You will be leading visual design projects and collaborating closely with marketing, content, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of high-quality visual designs across digital and print media (ads, social media, presentations, brochures, websites, etc.)
• Translate business and marketing objectives into clear, creative design strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Oversee junior designers and freelancers when needed.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and ensure timely delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of professional experience in an advertising agency or design studio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Experience working on campaigns, brand communication, and marketing creatives.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and creative concepts.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
