Sr. Graphic Designer

You should have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools like Figma, Canva, or CorelDRAW. A strong understanding of typography, fonts, spacing, alignment, and composition is required. You should also have knowledge of branding guidelines, logo design, and corporate identity. Experience in designing both print and digital materials such as brochures, business cards, banners, social media graphics, and web graphics is essential. A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant work experience or a strong portfolio showcasing design work will be considered. For entry-level positions, candidates with 0-1 year of experience and a good portfolio are encouraged to apply. Mid-level positions require 2-5 years of experience, while senior-level positions are for individuals with 5+ years of experience and expertise in branding, UI/UX, and advanced design techniques. Creativity is a key soft skill, along with attention to detail, time management, clear communication, and problem-solving abilities. You should be able to generate original and eye-catching designs, ensure precision in layouts, typography, and colors, meet deadlines, understand client requirements, work well in a team, and adapt design solutions based on feedback. Proficiency in primary design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva is required. Knowledge of secondary tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender (for 3D), Sketch, and Procreate is optional.
