Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week

Cascade Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed real estate company delivering innovative and quality projects. We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with expertise in video editing and AI tools to create impactful visuals and marketing content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative graphics for social media, websites, brochures, and marketing collaterals.
• Edit and produce engaging videos, reels, and motion graphics for campaigns.
• Leverage AI-based tools for faster and more creative content development.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials aligned with campaign goals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs.
• Stay updated with the latest design, AI, and digital media trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (2+ years preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with AI design and editing tools.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines.
• Experience in real estate marketing will be an added advantage.
