We re looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing Leader with over 7 years of proven expertise in driving end-to-end marketing strategy, managing performance across SEO, paid media, content, and analytics, and strengthening brand positioning across global markets. The ideal candidate should bring a strong balance of strategy, execution, and leadership skills capable of aligning marketing goals with business growth, inquiry quality, and overall ROI.
Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Content, and Display).
Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team ensuring consistent performance and goal alignment.
Drive monthly and quarterly marketing KPIs inquiries, ICP leads, conversion ratio, and campaign ROI.
Oversee website performance, keyword ranking improvements, and lead funnel optimization.
Coordinate with sales, design, and operations teams for integrated growth campaigns.
Manage and optimize ad budgets across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
Analyze analytics dashboards, identify insights, and present performance reports to leadership.
Research competitors and industry trends to guide creative and content direction.
Requirements:7+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with leadership responsibilities.
Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics tools.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation funnels, and inquiry ROI tracking.
Experience managing marketing teams and external agencies.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Data Studio.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Lead digital marketing across global brands under one group.
