Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative concepts, layouts, and designs for both digital and print media.
Collaborate with the marketing, social media, and content teams to design campaign materials that align with brand strategy.
Lead and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and ensuring design quality and consistency.
Design branding materials including brochures, posters, product packaging, presentations, and event creatives.
Create visual assets for digital marketing — social media posts, website banners, email templates, and online ads.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints and platforms.
Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the creative process.
Manage timelines, resources, and project priorities efficiently to meet deadlines.
Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and creative agencies when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
