Sr. Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead the creative design process from concept toexecution, ensuring high-quality visual output across all projects. You will oversee a team ofdesigners, provide creative direction, and collaborate closely with internal teams and clients.The role also involves occasional market visits for research and client meetings to stay alignedwith market trends and brand expectations.Areas of Responsibility:● Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, ensuring timely and high-qualitydeliverables.● Conceptualize and design creative visuals for print, digital, and education based learningproducts..● Review and refine designs to maintain brand consistency and aesthetic standards.● Conduct market research and client visits (1–2 times a month) to understand designtrends and consumer preferences.● Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to develop cohesive visualcommunication.● Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in design and branding.Requirements:● 4–8 years of experience in graphic design, with proven team-handling experience.● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW,etc.).● Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.● Willingness to travel occasionally for market research and client interactions.● Fluency in Marathi preferred.● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Preferred Attributes:● Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong visualization skills.● Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide junior designers.● Enthusiastic about learning, exploring new design trends, and applying them effectively
