Sr. Financial Business Analyst

Role Overview: As the Global Functional Expert for Global Revenue Recognition Systems, you play a crucial role in supporting the Global Revenue Recognition Organization. Your responsibilities involve providing processes, functional knowledge, and system expertise for designing and implementing end-to-end processes affecting SSP and Global Revenue Recognition APEX Revenue Management applications worldwide. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a liaison between Finance Business groups and IT, leading cross-functional business projects and testing for the Global Revenue Information Database (GRID) and the Fusion Modules. - Contribute significantly to automating manual processes, offering production support, and leading large-scale project initiatives within Oracle Finance business units and Oracle IT internal software implementations. - Track project milestones/deliverables and ensure projects are completed within targeted deadlines for the Global Revenue Recognition organization and cross-functional teams. - Identify business requirements, conduct critical data analysis, deliver impact assessments, and support GRID Developers and OAL/PD with system implementation projects within GRID and RMCS. Qualifications Required: - Proven ability to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance to support the organization's financial and tactical business objectives. - Expertise in developing, communicating, and training the organization on business practices and processes. - Demonstrated ability to work independently, collaborate effectively with management, team members, and business partners, and lead large-scale company initiatives. - Strong skills in collecting, organizing, and presenting data in spreadsheet format and database dashboards. - Excellent follow-through skills to ensure accurate information from internal teams and correction of data errors/omissions. - Desired strong relationship management skills, alongside exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.,
