Job Description

As a Sr Facilities Coordinator at Work Dynamics, your role involves prioritizing the facilities needs and overseeing the property's day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the facilities manager and assistant facilities manager to ensure that all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are efficiently covered. Continuous improvement in processes is key, and you will be responsible for monitoring the property's supplies to maintain adequate stocks. Managing supply and service contracts approved by clients is also part of your responsibilities. Your duties will also include participating in emergency evacuation procedures, handling crisis management, and business continuity plans to mitigate risks effectively. Monitoring the property's budget, ensuring enough petty cash to support operations, and overseeing vendor invoice processes compliance with standards are essential tasks. Client satisfaction is paramount, and you will proactively address difficult issues, seek opportunities for improvement, and ensure key performance metrics are met. To excel in this role, you need to have a strong knowledge of property operations and hold a degree in business or hotel and building management, along with three to five years of experience in facilities management. Demonstrating proficiency in occupational safety and client-centric operations is crucial. Additionally, a solid background in team management, effective leadership skills, the ability to implement improvement plans, and excellent communications and reporting skills are required.
