Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Translate the company's strategic vision into actionable business plans and ensure seamless execution.
  • Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to identify, design, and drive growth and performance optimization projects.

Financial Modeling & Analysis:

  • Prepare and present detailed financial models at the group, company, and entity levels.
  • Develop forecasts and scenario analyses to support business decision-making.
  • Identify cost efficiency opportunities and revenue growth initiatives across functions.

Business Intelligence & MIS:

  • Ensure effective MIS reporting and analytics for assigned business areas.
  • Implement data-driven insights to improve performance and decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with business heads, finance, HR, admin, and information security teams to generate actionable insights and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on strategic initiatives, compliance, and performance improvement.

Customer Compliance & Relationship Management:

  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements in information security, business resilience, ESG, and related areas.
  • Support customer documentation, onboarding, and mandated compliance activities.

Business Development Support:

  • Support preparation of RFPs, MSAs, and SoWs with relevant business and financial inputs.
  • Facilitate business integration, synergy creation, and revenue acceleration across current and new ventures.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Oversee the establishment and effective utilization of operational capacities in Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns across South India.
  • Continuously assess and implement initiatives to optimize business operations and cost structures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 510 years of experience in strategy, business operations, or consulting roles.
  • Proven experience working with senior leadership or CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience in project execution, data analytics, and performance management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to strategic consulting or corporate strategy functions.
  • Experience with business performance measurement systems and dashboards.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks (Information Security, ESG, Business Continuity).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
