Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager- Business Governance- Cross sells

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting business initiatives through analysis, sales content design, coordination, and project management. This role will require close collaboration with leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure efficiency, governance, and timely execution of business priorities. Key Responsibilities: - Track key business metrics and prepare dashboards/reports. - Conduct analysis on Funnels, campaigns, and contests. - Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of action points. - Assist in coordinating key projects with cross-functional teams. - Track progress and escalate challenges proactively. - Prepare impactful presentations for leadership reviews and partner meetings. - Draft crisp business communications for internal and partner circulation. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in Management, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields). - 2-4 years of experience in business coordination, MIS/analytics, sales support/contest design roles. - Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint (knowledge of BI tools like Power BI/Tableau is a plus). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure governance. - High ownership, attention to detail, and proactive follow-up, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders. - Organized, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
