Sr. Executive Technical Order Processing (IPD)

As a Technical Order Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for processing indents (sales orders) and converting customers" requirements into documents required by them. This includes preparing and submitting project drawings, base frames, motor lantern drawings, and other major bought-out items for procurement and manufacturing. You will also expedite document submissions and approvals from customers/consultants, ensuring regular updates of document submission schedules. Key Responsibilities: - Process indents (sales orders) and convert customers" requirements into necessary documents - Prepare and submit project drawings as per customer/consultants" requirements - Create base frames, motor lantern drawings, and other major bought-out items for procurement and manufacturing - Expedite document submissions and approvals from customers/consultants - Review and approve pump data sheets, performance curves, and quality control plans for submission to clients/consultants - Review aggregate part lists in relation to approved/final documents and drawings - Update existing documents for "As Built" corrections reported by quality management/production - Create aggregate Bill of Materials (BOM) Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in technical order documentation or related field - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, consultants, and internal teams - Proficiency in document management systems and software - Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials is a plus (Note: Any additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
