Sr. Executive Technical Order Processing (IPD)

The job involves processing of Indents (Sales Orders) by Technical Order Documentation. This includes converting customers" requirements received through Indents from TSS into documents required by customers. You will be responsible for the preparation and submission of project drawings as required by customers/consultants. Additionally, you will prepare Base frames/Motor Lantern drawings and other major bought-out items, releasing them for procurement and manufacturing. Your role will also involve expediting document submission and approvals from customers/consultants, as well as updating document submission schedules regularly. You will review and approve pump data sheets, performance curves, QCP, and further submit them to clients/consultants for their approvals. Furthermore, you will review the aggregate part list with respect to approved/final documents and drawings. It will be your responsibility to update existing documents for "As Built" corrections reported by QM/Production and create an aggregate Bill of Materials (BOM).,
