Job Title: Sr. Executive / Team Lead Data

Experience:

Job Summary:

Sr. Executive / Team Lead – Data

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage data-related projects and a small data operations team.
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.
Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel and other tools.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Analytics, Business, and Tech) to deliver actionable insights.
Automate repetitive data processes to improve efficiency.
Support management with ad-hoc data analysis and presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
4–5 years of experience
in data analysis, reporting, or data operations.
Excellent proficiency in Excel
(advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, macros preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience
in the
data industry
(analytics, data operations, or reporting).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle large data sets accurately.
Experience with data visualization or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
Strong communication and team management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
Experience in data automation and reporting processes.
