Job Description

Role & responsibilities Maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials. Tracking and reconciling inventory levels against purchase orders. Monitoring material consumption and identifying slow-moving or non-moving items. Ensuring proper storage conditions and preservation of materials. Managing scheduled critical inventory. Preparing reports on inventory levels, material consumption, and other relevant data. Preferred candidate profile Should have experience in construction, particularly as a Stores Executive or related role, is highly sought after. Candidate should have Industrial Infrastructure Experience. Experience in maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock levels, and ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of goods. Ability to plan, organize, and manage projects effectively, including scheduling, resource allocation, and cost control, is crucial. Strong interpersonal, and communication skills. Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Internet applications and Project Management tools.
