Sr. Executive - Marketing Support

Location:

Department:

  • B. Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA (Pharma/Marketing)

    or equivalent qualification.
  • 4 - 6 years of experience

    in pharmaceutical marketing, business development support, or technical communications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Collateral Development

  • Collect and analyze

    scientific literature, competitor information, and product insights

    to build strong product positioning.
  • Develop

    product-specific slide decks, brochures, flyers, fact sheets, and capability documents

    .
  • Maintain an updated

    repository of marketing materials

    for quick BD team access.

2. Exhibitions, Conferences & Events

  • Plan and manage

    participation in global/national pharma exhibitions (e.g., CPHI, DCAT, EURO PLX, Arab Health, etc.)

    .
  • Lead

    booth design, branding materials, and promotional content

    for exhibitions.
  • Track

    post-event leads

    , prepare reports, and coordinate with BD for follow-up actions.

3. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

  • Manage

    corporate social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

    with regular, high-quality content.
  • Create

    campaigns for new product launches, events, and capability highlights

    .
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across digital platforms.
  • Monitor

    social media analytics

    and engagement metrics to refine strategy.

4. Customer & BD Team Support

  • Support BD team in preparing

    RFQ presentations, and customer-specific product decks

    .
  • Assist in

    pre-sales activities

    by tailoring content to customer requirements.
  • Prepare

    introductory company presentations, pitch decks, and case studies

    .
  • Provide marketing input for

    contract negotiations and strategic discussions

5. Branding & Corporate Communication

  • Ensure consistency in

    company brand guidelines

    across all platforms.
  • Prepare

    internal newsletters, corporate updates, and press releases

    .
  • Handle

    website content management and updates

    in coordination with IT/agency.

6. Cross-functional & Internal Collaboration

  • Work with

    R&D, Manufacturing, QA, Regulatory, Engineering, and Supply Chain

    to capture capability highlights.
  • Coordinate with

    creative agencies, designers, and digital marketing partners

    for campaigns.
  • Facilitate

    CFT meetings

    to gather product/technical inputs for BD materials.
