Sr. Executive - Lead Generation

You will be working as a Senior Executive for Lead Generation at Flipkart. This position requires you to work from the office and you must have a Graduation qualification. Proficiency in English and Hindi (or any regional language) is mandatory. A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is required, along with proficiency in Versant 5. As a Senior Executive for Lead Generation, you will be working 6 days a week with rotational shifts. For females, the shifts are from 7 am to 8 pm, while for males, the shifts are from 7 am to 12 pm. There is one rotational off during the week. Your key responsibilities will include utilizing your sales experience to effectively engage in cold calling, pitching products, and generating leads. Additionally, you should be well-versed in upselling and cross-selling techniques. This is a full-time, permanent position at Flipkart with a total of 15 openings. The monthly CTC offered is INR 32,000, with a take-home salary of INR 27,000. The work schedule primarily consists of day shifts.
