Theyprovide expert counseling, application assistance, visa guidance, and pre-departure support for universities in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and other top destinations. Job role - Key Responsibilities: Contact prospective students via phone, email, or messaging platforms to initiate the application process. Collect and verify required documentation for university/college admissions. Maintain accurate student records and ensure all documentation is properly filed and up to date. Follow up regularly with students to ensure timely submission of documents and completion of necessary steps. Assist and guide students through the IELTS registration process, ensuring they meet deadlines. Provide basic information about study destinations, admission requirements, and visa processes (training will be provided). Coordinate with the counseling and visa teams to ensure a smooth transition for students through each stage. Update internal CRM or database systems with student progress and communication history. Support outreach activities or campaigns to encourage student engagement and application completion.
