As a Technical Support Executive for International Voice at our company, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints via phone, chat, and email. Your role will involve responding to customer emails and chats promptly and professionally, providing accurate information, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will also collaborate with team members to achieve team goals effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Resolve customer complaints via phone, chat & email. - Respond to customer emails and chats in a timely and professional manner. - Provide accurate and helpful information to customers. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. - Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high-quality standards. - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve team goals. Qualifications Required: - Average to good communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to frame proper sentences. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Must be reliable in terms of attendance and timing.
