Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead process development activities for hormone manufacturing processes, focusing on scale up and technology transfer.
Develop and implement new technologies to enhance capacity and improve efficiency in existing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize processing conditions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during all stages of product development.
Provide technical support to production teams to resolve issues related to process operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in hormonal manufacturing or similar field.
B.Tech/B.E. degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles, including mass transfer kinetics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics.
Experience with process development methodologies such as PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams), P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams), and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
