As a Senior Executive HR in our Chennai team, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions in the Car Dealership business. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing recruitment and selection processes to ensure timely and cost-effective hiring of top talent. - Developing and implementing effective attendance management systems to minimize absenteeism and improve productivity. - Ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations and laws related to employment, labor, and benefits. - Designing and implementing employee engagement strategies to boost morale, motivation, and job satisfaction. - Providing generalist HR support to the organization, including employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. - Collaborating with department heads to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives. To excel in this role, you should have: - 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in the Car Dealership business. - Strong knowledge of Recruitment & Operations, Attendance, Statutory Compliance, Employee Engagement, and HR Generalist principles. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. - A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is Preferred).
