We are looking who have minimum experience around 4 years in HR Generalist role like, Payroll Management, Employees help desk handling, training, MIS Skills, Statutory Returns esi, pf, Gratuity and Shops and Establishments, Appraisals, Good Drafting skills on employees Probation Extension, SCN, Termination, Increment letters ect.. Also need to work as HR internal Auditor for HR Operations. Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 1-6 months Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Bengaluru, Bengaluru - 560046, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: total work: 4 years (Required) Work Location: In person
