Position: Senior Executive – Finance & Accounts

Location:

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Operations

Handle
day-to-day accounting
, bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance.
Ensure timely
recording of journal entries
, invoices, and vendor payments.
Assist in
closing monthly, quarterly & annual accounts
.
Reconcile
bank accounts, vendor accounts, customer accounts
, and inter-company transactions.

Compliance & Reporting

Prepare
GST workings, TDS calculations, returns & challans
.
Maintain statutory compliance documentation and coordinate with consultants.
Support preparation of
MIS reports, cash flow statements
, and financial summaries.

Audit Support

Coordinate with internal & statutory auditors for timely closure.
Maintain schedules, documentation, and audit-ready files.

Other Responsibilities

Assist in budgeting activities and variance analysis.
Support the finance team in
loan documentation, project accounting
, and fund management.

Who You Are

Strong understanding of
accounting fundamentals, GST, TDS, MIS & reconciliations
.
Proficient in
Tally, Excel & accounting software
.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to meet timelines.
Experience in real estate finance will be an added advantage.
