Job Description

You will be responsible for various tasks in the Human Resources department, including organizing orientation programs for new employees, updating employee details in the database, implementing and updating benefits and compensation policies, assisting in the annual performance review process, answering employees" HR-related inquiries, scheduling interview meetings, administering day-to-day HR activities, coordinating training sessions for new employees, assisting in onboarding, resolving internal and external HR issues, and supporting the HR team in the hiring process. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, at least 3 years of experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar role, a deep understanding of the human resources life cycle, excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, strong organizational and decision-making abilities, proficiency in MS Office Tools, good people management skills, efficient time management, and strong work ethics.,
