Experience: 3-5 Years Role Description (Duties Responsibilities) : Understand the economic environment, business scenario, competitor strategies and set clear goals and priorities for the State/Territory. Identify the Measures of Performance covering all aspects of Pump, Power Tillers LAE business and proactively drive specific initiatives to achieve the targets. Design and execute specific promotion schemes targeted at dealers and customers. Initiate process the selection of new dealerships and execute Channel Development plan. Weed out non-performing channels. Drive implementation of various systems, projects, and initiatives as per organizational requirements for sustained business growth. Provide regular feedback to Product Development, Customer Care on customers/dealers perceptions on products (as well as competitors) regarding product performance, pricing, promotions, etc. Achieve superior performance by managing the budget in the most optimal way. Enable and coach the dealer to profitably achieve business objectives.
